Before you make plans.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality, residence and travel plans. Start with the official guidance and the consulate responsible for your application.
European Commission guidance (opens in a new tab)Guidance checked 20 September 2026.
What does a Schengen visa cover?
A short-stay Schengen visa allows eligible visits of up to 90 days in any 180-day period, subject to the conditions of the visa. Check whether you need a visa and whether it permits your intended activities.
Which country should I apply through?
For a multi-country trip, the European Commission directs applicants to the country where they will spend the most time. For equal stays, it points to the country visited first. Also check the consulate responsible for where you legally reside.
Are appointments and insurance included?
The professional fee covers the agreed preparation work. Consular fees, application-centre charges, insurance and any translation or certification are separate. Appointment slots and decisions are controlled by the official provider and authorities.
What should I share in my first enquiry?
Your nationality, country of residence, destination, approximate travel dates and application stage are a useful start. You do not need to send passports, bank statements or other sensitive documents in the first message.
Make your next move a European one.
Tell us where you are headed and when. We will discuss your preparation needs and confirm the professional fee.
